The Gas Company, LLC, filed an application at FERC for authorization under Section 3 of the Natural Gas Act to operate an LNG regasification terminal in Hawaii. The Gas Company proposes to unload and regasify LNG produced in the continental United States and transported to Hawaii by vessel. The application can be found on eLibrary under Docket No. CP12-498.
